We process identification and contact data and the content provided by users to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, take pre-contractual measures, provide contracted services and comply with legal obligations.
No profiling or automated decisions with legal effects are carried out.
The form does not send data to our own server. It prepares a message containing the user's name, email, optional phone number and enquiry. When “Send via WhatsApp” is pressed, the browser opens WhatsApp and discloses those data to WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Do not include sensitive information. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
The map is blocked by default and loads only after explicit permission. After permission, Google Ireland Limited may receive technical data, including the IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy. Consent may be withdrawn through “Privacy settings”.
Data will not be disclosed unless required by law. When the user enables Google Maps or sends a WhatsApp message, data will be processed by those providers under their terms and applicable international-transfer mechanisms.
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to address them and, if a contractual relationship begins, for the applicable statutory periods. The privacy preference remains in the browser until the user changes or deletes it.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to comercial@dpasl.es and identifying your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk are applied. This policy will be reviewed when processing activities, providers or applicable regulations change.
